How do I place an order through 420 Smoke Dispensary UK?

Is my package delivered discreetly?
Yes. We ensure that your order is packaged with care and vacuumed sealed. This protects your purchase and your privacy. We use mailers that are secure and discreet.
All orders are trackable.
Do you issue refunds or Exchanges?
Yes! We offer refunds and exchanges if they meet our criteria. If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us with a picture or video that demonstrates the issue with the item within 48 hours of receiving your order so that our team can help!
Can I get in contact with a customer representative?
Can I order outside of the UK?
Yes, you can order outside of the UK. We deliver our meds worldwide.
When does my package ship out?
If we deposit your payment by our 9 am cut-off time, your order will be shipped the same business day. If we deposit your payment after 4 pm, your order will be shipped the next business day. It is our intention to ship as many packages as we can on any given day, therefore our cut off time may be extended internally past 4 pm.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Yes, If you want to edit or add to your order, you’ll need to create a new order with us. We will then go ahead and cancel the old order (if it is has not been paid for already). Email us at info@420smokeuk.com with your order number that you want cancelled.
There is something wrong with my order
Please provide the following details when contacting us:
- The order number
- The name of the defective product
- Details outlining the issue
Once we have these details we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us with a picture or video that demonstrates the issue with the item within 48 hours of receiving your order so that our team can help!Please note that we only issue refunds using the same payment method used by the clients and to the same Banks accounts. Note: Our team may deny claims that are not supported by a video demonstrating the problem.
Payment and Fees
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cryptocurrency and bank transfer as this is are the safest payment methods. If you bank regular banks across the United Kingdom, then this is easy to do online with your institution. We will send you an invoice by email once you place an order. All of the payment information that you require to make the Bank Transfer will be found on your invoice. For your convenience, we also accept Bitcoin. To pay with Bitcoin, just follow the instructions shown on the Howto py by Bitcoin page. We will only ship orders once payment has been confirmed.
Is Tax included with the price?
No. We do not include tax with our orders. Your rder do not require any tax fee.
What are the shipping fees you charge?
On orders stated for standard delivery is free. We charge $7 for Express shipping. For any order over $150 (after discounts), and we provide a tracking number to you by email once the order has shipped. If you live in a remote area, your order may take a few extra days to reach you.
What happens Once my payment is sent to you?
What happens to my order if I don’t send the payment?
Once the order is placed, the next step is to send your payment to us. We keep the order on hold until the payment is received. If there’s no payment after two days, then the order is canceled.

I haven’t received my package. What do I do?
Signature required Upon delivery
You do not need to sign before collecting any order. No signature upon delivery.
Do you offer a trackıng Number for all orders?
Yes, we offer to track info for all orders. We will email you the tracking number after your package has been dispatched from our dispensary.
Lost Orders
- Wrong address provided by the customer (including typos or auto-correct errors)
- Customer change of address/residence
- Theft after delivery
- The package being rejected upon delivery (by doorman or other)
